The One Day Travel Pack is a mixed instant-food selection for shorter journeys and meal planning away from home. Its current description lists Idli Sambar, Poha, Rajma Chawal, Dal Khichadi and Moong Dal Halwa. The meals and sweet follow the Vasudha Foods sattvic, no onion and no garlic approach.

Match the selection to your travel duration, appetite and hot-water access before departure. The one-day name does not guarantee a fixed number of servings for every traveller. Follow each individual pack's preparation directions and check baggage, destination food-import and storage requirements when planning a flight or international journey.

How to prepare the instant food
- Open the food pack. Remove and discard the oxygen-absorber sachet before adding water. Do not open or eat the sachet.
- Add hot water, using the quantity and container directions printed on the individual pack.
- Close the lid and leave covered for 4–5 minutes.
- The instant food is then ready to serve. Take care when handling hot water and hot food.
Shelf life and storage
Unopened shelf life: 1 year from the manufacturing date. Check the date and follow the storage instructions printed on your pack. This unopened shelf life does not apply after opening or preparation; follow the label's directions for opened food.
